About Bryan Chasko

I am a technology leader and AWS Hero who turns messy business logic into reliable systems with interfaces people can actually use. Most of my work lands in mission-critical sectors: healthcare, education, utilities, and rural connectivity.

My career splits into four chapters:

• Cloudcroft Cloud Company — cloud strategy and delivery across education, telecom, and nonprofits. Modernizing infrastructure, tightening security and compliance, and shipping systems people can rely on.
• X2nSat — streaming and satellite connectivity in a high-tech shop, bridging orbit and earth.
• Electronic Caregiver (ECG) — telehealth and remote monitoring, scaled from local prototype to enterprise health system.
• US Army — mission-critical systems, logistics, and protection gear in high-stakes defense work.

I have been an AWS Hero since 2018. I organize tech and design communities, lead through servant leadership, and lean hard on cloud abstractions so the focus stays on the mission — over 100 AWS services deployed in production across healthcare, education, utilities, agriculture, defense, and space.

I have partnered with Google, Dell, Intel, and Amazon to scale solutions in the private and public sectors, and worked with the Department of Energy and US national laboratories on energy, climate modeling, and resilient infrastructure.

As a speaker and organizer — including AWS User Group RGC3 in El Paso and Blender UG NE3D in Boston — I keep chasing GenAI, robotics, digital twins, and satellite data pipelines, with a bias toward underserved and rural communities.

• Strategy and architecture: run project execution and scalability, build cross-disciplinary teams across engineering, product, and design, and put game engines, spatial computing, and 3D interfaces to practical use.
• Public education: modernized technology across 16 campuses and deployed cybersecurity in response to statewide threats, improving reliability and access for 6,000+ users. Led device rollouts and agile transformation, and shifted routine IT to contractors to raise service quality.
• ISPs and MSPs: upgraded and secured customer networks for reliability and privacy compliance, and advised on rural connectivity.
• Nonprofits: modernized health-education platforms, migrated monolith to microservices to cut costs, and opened paths for agentic tooling in education and developer experience.

• Technology leadership: built and scaled remote patient monitoring and telehealth on AWS and Azure, and led product development, hiring, training, and information security.
• Compliance and security: implemented data-security and compliance strategies including PHI and HIPAA.
• Product innovation: shipped features that improved user experience and expanded reach, including mobile motion capture and augmented-reality interfaces.
• Systems and deployment: integrated cloud services, deployed mixed stacks (Windows Server, Ruby on Rails, Xcode), and designed custom fulfillment and logistics systems.
• Marketing and CRM: led SEO, full-stack web development, and CRM and SAP rollouts.
